Madeline Darcy is an investor and strategic advisor operating at the intersection of venture capital, public markets, and mission-driven investing. She currently serves as a Venture Specialist at the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank, supporting a $250M venture capital program, and works in investment management at Bennett Selby Investments LP, advising individual clients through a long-term public markets strategy. Previously, she was Managing Partner of Kaya Ventures, an early-stage fund focused on women’s health and the care economy, and a management consultant at Oliver Wyman advising on M&A and post-merger integration. Madeline holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from The University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with highest honors.
